Sounds like it might need an idle relearn. being as new as it is changing the battery could require a tech using a scan tool to access the computer to set the idle right.

Have a pressure test done with a mechanical pressure gauge to determine if you have oil pressure. If so then check the pressure sender unit or the wire to it for shorts.
The solution is that when the oil filter is removed, oil gets on the O2 sensor and ruins it. Must cover the O2 and that keeps the oil off. To keep the check engine light off, is to replaced the O2 sensor. Problem solve. Later on sx4's they move the O2 in a different spot. I work on Suzuki cars. Don
