I dont know where you can get replacement tyres. But here is a fix for the problem: Using tweezers then fingers, pull off the existing tyres. Take ordinary sewing thread, and wrap it around the V in the wheels (where the tyre was), about 20 turns or so, keeping the ends inside the V. Put the tyres back on. The thread forces the tyres further out, making some tread from the rubber available above the level of the plastic wheel rims.

mcdevito75 here, If you do have a cam in the engine idle will have to be higher than factory specs. anyway. Double check for vacumn leaks at the intake manifold, check the EGR valve and the portsit recieves vacumn from, if the EGR valve is operateing after the car is warmed up it can cause stalling at idle, at a stop the car will be staedy, then progessive shake and stall, if so suspect EGR vave and unit it recieves vacumn from. Also check any solinoids, dashpots on the carburetor linkage to aid in idleinmg such as when the A/C is on for proper adjustment.

Had the same problem....recharged batteries !!
