Wireless internet connection trouble
Your question is vague ? What trouble are you having ?
Are you using WPS (like auto setup Wi FI from Router) or manually where you look for the wi fi name (ssid) and select it and then you pick the encryption WEP or WPA and put in the encyption key . Which may be on the case of the router or you can log into the wi fi router and find out what encryption is being used and what the key is. Have you read the manual page 25 ?

Netgear streaming player
Sounds as if it has found an open Wi-Fi connection, but the device it is connecting to doesn't have an internet connection.
Make sure the Netgear player is connecting to your wireless network, and that you have a live connection to the internet.
Netflix screen says "getting titles" but the circle never stops and the titles do not appear.
If you have a router or modem for wireless/wired internet, it may be having problems, or the system has been reset recently. Try checking on the router. The illuminated lights should be, 1,power, 2,dsl/cable, 3,internet. Also, if electrinics are not used much, then sometimes they will not work. Just this evening, for example, my dad was fixing an old MARANTZ component type cd player. This was because of it sitting, unused for so long. Sorry, I tend to waffle on a fair bit. What would make my deice just quit working?
Sounds like the remote pairing on the device has gotten screwed up.
sounds like you have to pair the remote.
A work around might be to download the Iphone/android remote app for your streamer and see if you can get it to respond to that. As it works through you home network and not an IR signal.

Netflix has stopped streaming videos
Same thing happened with my Roku. I went into menu and deleted my Netflix channel. I went to Netflix.com and re-registered my account as if I was a new customer. I turned off Roku and restarted 30 min or so later. I then added Netflix to my channel choices. It worked. Good luck.
