Miele cva 4066 milk froth isn't working. I have taken apart and cleaned the milk ducts manually twice, but it has not resolved the problem.

Have you cleaned both the machine and the flask? Dried milk is difficult to clean especially if its a flavored creamer due to the sugar content. Soak the flask lid in hot water and try the milk cleaning tablets

I HAVE A MIELE CVA6805 PLUMBED. THE MAIN DISPENSOR UNIT IS HARD TO PUSH UP OR PULL DOWN. HOW CAN I CORRECT THIS?

This unit uses a auto sensing system to make the spout automatically come down to the cup. You should not move this by hand. It sounds like the auto sensing was turned off - you can correct this by going to the setting menu and select it

Where can i get the o rings for the Miele CVA615 waterpath?

As far as I know, Miele direct are the only place you can get genuine Miele parts. Look online for the closest Miele Service and Parts centre. If you have already got the O rings out, perhaps a plumbing store may be able to assist.

Good Morning I have a Miele CV 4080. The waste that is discharged from the brewing unit to the waste container has become a runny mess recently, it used to discharge a solid pellet.

Have you changed your type of coffee beans or grind setting recently? First of all I would recommend removing and cleaning the brew unit thoroughly (as per cleaning instructions) to eliminate any cleaning issue here... This is sounds like the flush valve is not working correctly. The flush valve ensures that all unused liquid in tubes is flushed into the driptray and that all solid coffee (dry pellet) goes from the brew chamber into the waste container. At the end of the coffee cycle when the pump stops running, the piston in the brew unit usually moves one last cycle and squeezes the coffee pellet in the chamber one last time and the flush valve operates so that all waste liquid is flushed from the coffee pellet to the drip tray. If your pellet is wet, then this final flush is not working. There may be a blockage in your flush tube or the flush valve may be blocked. These usually block up if you don't run a cleaning tablet through the machine regularly. My advice is to remove the driptray grill and check that the tubes running into the tray from the brew unit are not accidentally squeezed closed or blocked. Good luck.

My Miele machine will not go back on after descaling The machine is a Cm5100

Is there some error message? You must finish descale on those machines or it stays stucked in process. I had a situation that pipes were clogged, and machine didnt finish descale, and it couldnt turn on. I had to clean pipes, finish descale, and then it was working again.

My Miele coffee maker cva6800:was giving F73 error, so I decided to clean and descale the unit...and now it's stuck on some sort of infinite loop of fault and descale...how do i get out of it or reset

You can try two things - First try turning the breaker off for 5 minutes and resetting. If that doesnt work you can enter service mode and reset the descale count down To enter service mode Touch and hold clear press on / off once release clear press clear three time and hold on the third time you should see a menu appear - one of the options is to reset the descale counter

Miele 6805- used coffee grounds don't get dumped into the waste container,

On the left side of the brew unit there should be a metal wire that is bent in the shape of a U that scrapes the grounds off the top of the brewing chamber - the puck then should slide down a small chute that is the shape of a W - into the waste container. Sometimes the Chute can be found installed upside down - shape of an M - it is easily reversed if that is the case

I have taken the brewunit out of the machine and bypassed the switch so I can see inside the machine. When I turn on the machine the gear is working fine. But the message still appear after reset?

The gear your speaking of is the brew unit drive. This gear drives the brew unit into the different positions to complete the coffee process. From the home position the brew unit receives the fresh ground and then compresses the coffee - I am guessing it is here is where the failure is - if the amount of coffee is to great, or the grind is to fine - the brew unit drive may be having issues trying to compress it, or the motor could just be long in tooth and has weakened. Try less of a grind and a coarser grind and see if that helps .

Miele brew unit jammed and brewunit block is being displayed

There is a third solution. The brewunit drive motor has three contact switches that indicate home, preset (loading grounds, I assume) and make espresso. The problem is the three contact switches are all on one circuit, so the microprocessor knows a limit switch has been reached, but it doesn't know which one. The programming obviously assumes the limit switches are reached in the correct sequence. In my case, the microprocessor thought the brew unit was in home position when it was in the make espresso position. Miele technical support recognized this immediately, so it is a common problem. The solution is to remove the top panel of the unit, unplug the unit, unplug JP34 on the microprocessor board (four wires, red/yellow/brown/black, in the middle back edge of the microprocessor board). Plug in the unit, put it in maintenance mode, and press and hold the medium coffee button for several seconds. This will move the drive motor past the current limit switch. Plug JP34 back in, plug in the machine, and put it in maintenance mode. Press and hold the large coffee button for a second or two, maximum. Open the machine, and look at the brew unit drive male gear in the main machine as compared to the brew unit female gear. It will take several tries to get the male/female gears to match so you can plug in the brew unit. Once this is done, and the brew unit snaps in place correctly, place the machine in maintenance mode one more time and press and hold the Medium Coffee button to reset the microprocessor with the limit switches. You should be back in business!
