I have dated memorex model rf7000 wireless mouse and keyboard. have not used it and it was new. only have keyboard and mouse--am i missing something to have it work. laptop keyboard is on fritiz and need a keyboard.

Your best bet at this point is to go out and buy a $5 USB keyboard.

First off, check your drivers and make sure they are up to date with your model. Next check the batteries in the mouse and keyboard, chances are if the mouse is out of juice, the keyboard may not be far behind. Thirdly, make sure you are following the correct procedures stated in the directions for "sync-ing" the mouse and keyboard with the wireless reciever!

Memorex wireless keyboard programming problem

after replacing the batteries u will c a small connect button on the wireless usb receiver on the computer as well as the connect button on the mouse and the keyboard,,press it on the adapter and then on the keyboard and teh mouse to get all of them resynchronized
