ADI1984 Integrated Audio
The OptiPlex 755 HDA audio implementation uses the HDA 1.0-compliant digital bus from the ICH8 and the Analog Devices ADI1984 HDA codec.
The Analog Devices codec provides the following:
Analog inputs for line-in and mic
A single amplified stereo output connected to front headphones
A line level output connected to back line-out
A mono output for optional internal speaker

When you first connect the turntable, Windows XP (and Mac OSX) will often select the "USB Audio Codec" as the audio input and output for your entire system. Since your turntable does not have speakers, audio will not be heard from your programs until you tell Windows not to use the turntable as an output device. Here's how to change these settings so that your internal sound card will always be used for playback whether or not your ION TTUSB is connected via USB: For Windows:
On the bottom left of your screen, select the "Start" menu.
Select "Settings" then "Control Panel".
In the window that opens, select the "Sounds and Audio Devices" icon. (If you don't see a choice called "Sounds and Audio Devices," choose the "Switch to Classic View" option in the panel on the left of the window, and the "Sounds and Audio Devices" icon should become available in the list on the left.
Select the "Audio" Tab at the top of the "Sounds and Audio Devices" control panel window.
Under "Sound Playback," choose your internal sound card as the default device. This varies by computer but should not be set to "USB Audio Codec" or "Microsoft Sound Mapper".
Under "Sound Recording," select "USB Audio Codec" for your default device.
Check the box titled "Use only default devices".
Click "Apply"...then "OK".
For Mac:
Open your Hard Disk.
Open your "Applications" folder.
In the "Applications" folder, open the "Utilities" folder.
In the "Utilities" folder, open the "Audio MIDI Setup".
In the "Audio MIDI Setup" under Audio Devices, set:
"Default Input" to "USB Audio Codec"
"Default Output" to "Built In Audio"
"System Output" to "Built in Audio"
Now, all programs, including Audacity, will only use your internal sound card for audio output.
The Writemaster should be plug and play requiring no additional drivers to be installed. You may not have the correct codec's installed though.
You can download and install the K-Lite codec pack from here which covers all the popular codecs.
If it is an EIDE interface (wide data ribbon cable) ensure you have the jumper settings correct for either master or slave operation. Settings will either be stamped on the casing or printed on the label.
Download and install the "Sansa Firmware Updater", connect your Fuze, and run the Updater. Besides making sure that your Fuze has the most up-to-date firmware, it'll allow you to download the "Sansa Media Converter", which can convert most videos directly onto your Fuze in a format that it can play.

It supports AVI, Mp4 and 3gp but you should convert the files only with the frequency specified in the manual only then it can be played i suppose. I have not yet tried it but that should be the solution.
Check the maya graphics card audio settings. there may be some improper audio setup. the Maya 44 card audio codec and filters are not supported by your OS. Your system configuration is good. there may not be any problem with Pc compatibility. only because OS audio codecs. try dowloading codecss for this audio rendering device
