is the video the right format? check at the end of the video file's name for the three letters. it has to be .avi at the end or else youtube will not accept it.

try a video converter like SUPER and its easy to use.

Go on download.com and download a free movie maker software. Its not easy but not impossible. Google it to, prolly a video on how to do it on youtube

you need your cam driver for your operating system..
try to find it on jvc support web site

The 32GB SDHC card may be a "class 4" card, not a "Class 6".

Look at the card and find the circle with a number in it.
Class 6 is the highest speed available. Class 4 is much slower and can't keep up with video.

Not all 32GB sdhc cards work with all camcorders.

Try formatting the card twice in the JVC.

Your camcorder records videos in MPEG2 format. You need that codec installed in your pc to play the videos. You can find that here.
