What it sounds like is that the thermal overload protection is engaging because there is a component that is overheating. I don't know what the operating voltage is of 12AX7A/ECC83 but I would imagine that would be one of the hottest components in the chassis along with the switching power supply. There is an issue with your pedal however it is tough to say without looking at it. Sorry I couldn't be more help. Good luck!

I factory reset my zoom 606 pedal and aL is showing in display. How can I turn patches on

It sounds like you have accidentally set your Zoom 606 pedal to the "AL" patch. The "AL" patch is a special patch that allows you to access the pedal's internal settings and make adjustments.
To turn patches on, you will need to exit the "AL" patch and select a regular patch. Here's how to do it:
  1. Press and hold the "Program" button until the display shows "AL."
  2. Use the "Value" knob to select "P0."
  3. Press and hold the "Program" button again until the display shows "P0."
  4. Use the "Value" knob to select the desired patch.
  5. Press the "Program" button to exit the patch selection screen.
Your pedal should now be in the patch you selected. You can use the "Value" knob to adjust the settings for the patch as desired.
If you are unable to access the patch selection screen, or if the pedal is not functioning properly, you may need to reset the pedal to its factory default settings. To do this, press and hold the "Program" and "Value" knobs simultaneously for about three seconds until the display shows "F0." This will reset the pedal to its default settings. You can then follow the steps above to select a patch and make any necessary adjustments.

I have a Mackie ProFX22 and when I solo the "rude solo" LED turns on. I have checked every signal and none are soloed. Also only the left meter shows anything. What is causing the "rude solo"?

The "rude solo" wil only flash if something is soloed. You need to check again as there is STILL something soloed. The left meter is because that is showing the channel that is being soloed. Once you unsolo everything, the meters wil display full left and right as usual.

Hi it could be that the switch has failed if it is something you are not confident with ask an independent electronics repair shop for some help. Sorry I cannot help more but I cannot see how the switch can be seized in the on (Depressed) position.

Do you mean,"The HOUSE power went out" or, "The keyboard power went out"?

It's been a long time since i've been using the unit but a strange problem appeared. when i step my foot on the foot pedal, the numbers used to show the patch just disappear... maybe it's something...

I would expect a problem with the power to the display. I believe these had LED displays and they use a reasonable amount of current. I would expect he power source for the display has a bad source of power. If poowered by an adapter, possibly the wrong adapter is being used with insufficient current capability or if powered from teh amp, then maybe the wire that brings the display power down is broken or a connector for that cable has a problem.

When i turn on the Fantom G8, it shows a blue screen with this message "Roland Fantom (S/W updator) (B)

Somehow you have activated the mode to download a new operating system into the unit. It likely is expecting the new SW to be presented form source such as MIDI, USB, or stick.

Get it out of that mode before something gets clobbered. DO a Factory reset which will consists of holding certain buttons and turning power on. Find this procedure in your user manual.

I have the boss BR-900CD and everything seems to work fine but nothing shows up on the screen. It lights up but no data shows up. Thanks

Hello,

the problem is from the display IC of your unit. You nee to change the display IC for your unit to display again.

If you cannot do it yourself, maybe you should consult an expert to help you have it fixed.

Good luck.
