To activate GPRS and MMS on your phone you need to contact your service provider for sending you a configuration file which will set both on your phone, you may contact them by calling on help line or by visiting their customer service.
Good Luck
Activating GPRS
Create a new text message which includes text similar to "GPRS" or "Set GPRS."
Send the message to your network provider's phone number. This phone number can be found on your provider's website or in the instruction manual.
Turn your phone off and on again once your network provider has sent you a message to confirm that GPRS has been activated. It may take up to 24 hours before you receive this confirmation and a further 24 hours before GPRS is fully functional.
Good Luck
