You can either flash the bios or open the case and push the reset button to restore default settings. The easiest way would be to goto the vendors website & download the latest Bios update & do a flash. The vendor will give detailed instructions. You can also google the manual for your board which will show where the reset switch is

First, your windows registry should be cleaned. (Windows registry contains old sound driver software & RegCure will remove none needed windows keys). Download & run the free program RegCure. Create a folder on your desktop & name it, Sound driver. Download the driver from MSI (See the first link above) File name, Realtek_AC97_MB.zip & save the file into your Sound Driver folder. The file named Realtek_AC97_MB.zip is compressed. You will need to uncompress the file, you will need WinZip for this. You can download a free trial from the next link; (Winzip uncompress *.zip files). http://download.cnet.com/WinZip/3000-2250_4-10003164.html Once Winzip has been installed restart your system. Open the Sound Driver folder. Right click once on the file named, Realtek_AC97_MB.zip. A pop-up window will open slide your mouse to the Winzip icon & right click on it once. In the next pop-up window slide to & left click, Extract to here. The file will uncompress. Uncompress ion will create another folder named, AC97. All needed driver files will be stored in the AC97 folder. Open windows device manager. Click the start button (In windows) & open control panel. Open the System icon. Click the hardware tab & than click the device manager button. Look at the icons. If you see, unknown PCI device or a yellow pair shaped icon with an explanation point ( ! ). This will most likely be for the sound driver. In stall the driver software from here. (Follow the instructions below). Right click once on the explanation point, a window will open & Left click once on “update driver”. Windows hardware wizard will open. Click No, not at this time. Than click the next button. Another window will open. Left click once in the circle next to, Install from a list or specific location (Advanced). Than click the next button. Again, another window will open. We want to remove the green check mark next to, Search removable media (floppy, CD-ROM...). Left click on the green check mark once & it will go away. Click the browse button, click the + sign next to my computer. Find the “ Sound Driver ” folder on your desktop. Open it, high-light the AC97 folder by left clicking on it once. Windows will search within the folder & install the correct sound driver software. Restart your system. Open windows control panel & open the Sound and Audio Devices icon. Check both the Audio tab & Voice tab. Both should show RealTek AC97. Test for audio. There are two MSI MS-6734 motherboards. One model number, MSI KM4M-L MS-6734 & MSI KM4AM-L MS-6734. See below;
