Easiest way to fix it, buy a new switch at a home improvement center, the two metal piece go on the bottom and the springs are on top of them, when the switch is in the off position the metal pieces are up off the contacts on the bottom and when on the on position the metal pieces make contact. I would start with a phone book looking under saw and ask if the shop services that brand. If not do they know who does. You could also try a web search for Mc Culloch.
