r u a professional..?? assuming that ur bios is not flashed, in a wrong way.. all fuses to mains supply are ok, including all wiring circuitry.. if so check-- the system battery for above 3.0v all smps output signals are ok..ps-on(green +5v); pg(violet~+5v) & sb(grey~+5v); (orange~+3.3v); yellow (+12v); red (+5v); white (-5v); blue (-12v); ground (black~ 0v).. the cpu.. ..replace the smps/cpu/battery with standby n check.. ..contact ur system admin/vendor....
google the mother board and then read the book for the board. it should list the compatable cpu's then you can log on to www.geeks.com and search for the cpu you want that will work with it.
