Hi, i just bought a samsung seek from my friend and she forgot the lock code and sold it 2 me for cheap. I went to sprint and they couldnt help. Plz tell me how to get into the phone without the code.

Go to groupon and search for screen repair in your area. I did this for my son's phone and it was relatively cheap.

type in ##3282# then scroll down to advanced and click view then click lock code and it will display the lock code

you can call into customer service and they can assist you with fixing it over the phone or take it to a service and repair center to unlock it

If you are completely locked out of the device not even sprint technical support can unlock it they will just refer you to the store, if you just forgot it but can still get in the device they will be able to unlock (by having you enter a ##3282 code and having you use current code to retrieve it)... so if your completely locked out please go into a sprint repair center, if not call sprint tech and they will be able to retreive your security code.

you need to send it into samsung for a factory reset, i have done this before. You would think that sprint could fix it but they couldnt, so i advise calling sprint send it in and you will get it in 2 days after it is fixed from samsung

You will need to format your entire phone by taking it to a mobile service centre.

During the 'phone code' press the upper middle button that acts as menu [not the one in between the directional buttons}, when It's done the phone will ack for security code, then press 00000 or 12345. it only unlocks the phone if you have not change your security code.
