I had the same problem as well. The dispenser thinks that the flap is jammed or that the beverage is stuck in the machine. There is a small magnetic sensor on the door near the flap and there should be a small metal piece on the flap itself. I fixed mine by (gently) bending the sensor closer to the flap. The sensor should not touch the metal piece, but if there is too much space the sensor always reads "open".

If that doesn't work, you can tinker around a bit to make sure that all of the connections are firm and there is not a bunch of frost caked on the circuit board. My skybox needs to be defrosted periodically, since all of the motors and the circuit board get frozen in a block of ice.

You can get to the circuit board by removing the racks as a single unit. Don't try to take the racks apart until you take them out of the fridge.
