Hi,

If you look just above the PCI Express (graphics card) slot you should see the motherboard battery. To the right hand side of the battery should be the CMOS jumper, pop the jumper over the 2 brass pins to clear the CMOS. It should be also marked with the letters CLR-CMOS next to it.

Regards.

You can get the manual here:
http://download.gigabyte.eu/FileList/Manual/motherboard_manual_ga-945gcm-s2l%28s2c%29_e.pdf

But if you look to the right of the CMOS battery, you will see two pins, to reset the cmos, simply cap the pins with a jumper for 10 secs, or touch them with a screwdriver (mains power OFF of course)

Can 500gd hard disk be connected to gigabyte 945gcm-s2l?

Yes you can, there won't be any problem install 500GB hard disk on your motherboard. It is recommended to use SATA type Hard Disk Drive instead of the old IDE/ATA.

Hi guys, I have a computer with Gigabyte

Sounds like your on board graphics are bad, but since you have a pci-e expansion slot you can buy a pci-e graphics card to get it going. Hope this helps..
