I have a samsung sp-4231 plasma tv and after the tv is on for a half hour to an hour the picture get's wavy and shaky. after this happens you have to turn it off for a long time before it works again. any help would be great. i don't know if it is worth paying the $75 bucks to have a tv repair place diagnose it.\r\nthank you

Sounds like something you will need to have the professionals diagnose, because that seems like a very uncommon error with that line of TV's. Sometimes TV's just go bad, and need maintenance, especially newer TVs.

they used inferior capacitors in the power board,,,if you have it rebuilt using more superior capacitors it stops the problem....my TV repairman that worked exclusively with them found this problem out himself...this has happened to every samsung plasma he has worked on and after he fixed the issue it worked fine

BLACK SCREEN, AUDIO OK
