Hi Satheesbabu, the written data means: 7.4V are battery DC volts ; 8.4V DC input volts , in other words, you need to buy a charger that outputs 8.4V DC to your camera, this can be found at any Electronics store as Radio Shack or Fry's, you also have to verify the type and polarity of the charger's plug matches your camera jack.
There are several power cords on ebay for your camera as well as new batteries if you need one. Do an ebay search for MV 800 charger, here is an example of one I found. http://cgi.ebay.com/Desktop-Charger-Canon-MV800i-Camcorder-/380317041118?pt=Batteries_Chargers&hash=item588ca981de#ht_3278wt_1141
This is usually caused by an oxidized or defective Audio/Video drum. Try running a cleaning tape through the camera. If this does not solve the problem the camera will need to be serviced by a qualified service technician.
