When I try to turn my phone on it shows the Verison Wireless screen then turns off. How do I fix it??

I think the same thing happened to my Pantech laser. I fixed it by calling my wireless provider (ex. at&t, verison... etc) and they gave me a code to type into the lock screen and it was fixed. Try calling and see what they can do for you!

That happened with my phone, I was texting while in the shower(not smart) & it messed it up. On the front and inside screen it would turn to the Verizon Wireless screen, but then as if it were to switch to the actual wallpaper i had it set to, it would white out for .5 seconds, then turn to the same Verizon Wireless screen, what I did was plug it into the charger, turn it upside down, leave it like that over night, and it was perfectly fine. It's ironic that I'm going through this right now:/ haha.

Try turning it on and off. If this does not work go into the verison store and ask them for help. AT&T may be the soulution.

Just Yesterday My phone was working fine. Then Today i went too go get my phone from the charger and it was totally off. Then i could turn back off so i remove the charger from the back. Then I put it back and press the end button. It turn of and it showed the Verison thing, then all of the sudden it didn't show my main screen external and internal i tried this about 7 times and still i didn't work.

I have a Droid Eris by HTC, on start up it freezes at the first screen showing the three Android men. I have let the bat. run down, taken it out and it still stays the same. I followed the instructions on the Verison site showing you how to hard reboot, but still nothing. The only change was I came to a screen with a red triangle with a exclamation mark in it with a phone in the back ground. Please help.

time to trash or repair the phone you have cut or damaged the flex within the hinge thats why it dont finish loading! time to upgrade good luck

it might be your verison, try update-ing it or you may have to get it checked out, you can update it by slecting your phone and downloading the software: www.nokia.co.uk, or just go to your local repair centre and find out the problem

okay i think i know how to solve this because it also happened to me.. okay first take the battery out and see if there is a red dot on the battery

RED DOT--- okay if there is a red dot then it got wet. thats how it died. take it to the Verizon store and they can fix it

NO Red DOT-- okay this means that you DID NOT get it wet. take the battery out and shake it ( i know it sounds silly but trust me on this), After you shake it put it back in the phone and shake the phone. it should work.

AND IF ALL OF THESE DIDN'T WORK... then go to the verizon store a get a new battery.
