I have a sony vaio vgn-fe770g and i have win 7 ultimate on it. i need a motion eye driver for my motion eye to work. does anyone know where i can get one

go to your control pannel and the choose battery option. from the battery option create a battery power plan and from there you can adjust the brightness of your screen

You need the Win7 camera driver, check sony support at:

just enter your Win7 operating system (there are 9 versions of Win7), and select the downloads (2)
for your computer camera driver.

Have you downloaded from Sony, the drivers for Win7? That should fix it.

i assume you upgraded the operating system to windows 7 ultimate using a retail copy of disc.
vgnfj270/b only supports windows xp and vista home basic.

Windows 7 requires the drivers be updated or at least compatible with Windows 7....so if Sony has not written the drivers for your machine yet, they probably won't and those devices will not work under Win-7.

If you call Sony's customer service or support line and complain to them, they may provide you with a work-around that will get them back operational again.
