Enternal or External? In the Search box type Bluetooth, if you have bluetooth software it will list it. Right click on Bluetooth and send to desktop. OR, open Device Manager, open Network Adapters OR open Services, Bluetooth, is it running? This may help: http://support.microsoft.com/KB/894035
Does you laptop have Bluetooth? Open start menu, search, type Buletooth, Does it come up? OR, Open Device Manager, Network Adapters, is Bluetooth adapter listed? OR, Open Services, do you see Bluetooth? If you find the Bluetooth Software, open Settings.

Firstly download PC Suite and install it on your PC then please follow these steps.. 1.open to PC Suite and make sure Bluetooth must be open of both Mobile and PC 2. Select setting >Add more Phone when detecting process will be complete then click on mobile then select next after that follow all steps and you can connect your pc via Bluetooth with mobile...TRY IT..

If your DEVICE has A BUILT IN bluetooth download the bluetooth driver of your PC
Go to your PC manufacterer website and download the driver of bluetooth then install it in your pc.
But if your PC has no BUILT IN bluetooth, you need to have a USB bluetooth device (PLUG IN or OTHER KINDS) then plug it in your PC then your PC will install it automatically and search for its driver then install it.
Kindly try and configure once again.
Open phone settings and select bluetooth to be ON.
Now open the bluetooth manager in the PC as the phone will be identified .. set passcode.
Now open the images to be send and select the mode as bluetooth.
It will be send and received in the bluetooth information exchange manager in the PC.
Open "my computer", is there a "My Bluetooth" listed there?
If not, open your control panel and configure your bluetooth settings. It will now appear in your "My computer" for quick reference next time you need it.
