Press the blue superkey, then an unused button. Watch the prompt and select Speed dial. Make sure that you dial 9 or what ever the out dial access is for you to dial out.

    Did this solution not help? If it didn't, I'd suggest you contact your vendor. They may have access to this blocked in the Class of Service for your phone.
    What phone system do you have? SX200 ICP or 3300 ICP?

The time on the phone comes from the hosting system, a 3300, 200 or 5000. Somone with access to this system needs to change the time for you.

Mitel SX-20: How to allow toll free dialing of 1-866 and 1-877 numbers. Currently system only allows 1-800 dialing. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I don't believe the SX20 can be set up for these additional numbers. The SX20 has been unsupported for over 20 years. Most vendors have stopped help on them. You really should get a new system.

it depends on the setup of the system the codes can be changes by the admins.

Mine is set to #87
You need to dial this code then your extension number so if your extension is 1234 you would dial #871234 this in theory can be done from any ext, it does not have to be yours, there is a posibility that it will not work as you can change permissions so tht some extensions cant do this. If ythis is the case ask your admin to change the "class of service"

You have a feature active on your phone it's more than likely a call forward feature which would redirect you calls. The broken dial tone or stutter dial tone is an indicator a feature is active. Contact you system admin for the clear all feature code and the clear all call forwarding codes.

main system greetings can be changed via the administrator mailbox, dial your voicemail huntgroup number, on answer press the * key and supply the admin mailbox number which is usually 999 or 9999 the default pincode is 8642 then follow the voice prompts to change the system greeting.

How do you do a factory reset on the Mitel 5220 IP Phone ?

To Restore Factory Default Settings:
1. Press both Up and Down Arrow keys simultaneously while powering up the
phone. NETWORK SETTINGS? appears
2. Press NO until TOOLS & FEATURES appears and then press YES.
3. Press NO until RESTORE DEFAULTS? appears and then press YES.
4. Press CONFIRM. The phone resets with default settings.
