Model Sx50. How can I change extension numbers?

You need to login to the pbx and update the number from system, or on individual phones need to login with password & update.

How do I change the language on mitel sx-50

Language Change is not supported for Symbol NetVision IP phone, Symbol MiNET Wireless phone, Mitel 5005 IP Phone, or 5205 IP Phone.

To change the display language:

Press SuperKey.
Press No until Language? appears.
Press Yes.
Press Change.
Press No until the desired language appears.
Press Ye

Why does my mitel 5330e ring once then transfer to my cell phone

There is a feature called "Call Forwarding"
On most phones these instructions work.

Turning on Call Forwarding

Dial *72 (or 1172 on rotary phones).
Listen for three beeps followed by dial tone.
Dial the phone number to which your calls are to be forwarded.
If there's an answer at the number you are forwarding to: Make sure you keep the line open for at least 5 seconds to activate the service.

Turning off Call Forwarding
1. Dial *73 (or 1173 on rotary phones).

There is a settings menu that lets you choose the language to be English instead of Spanish.
