I would leave it overnight. That small a charger will have to work hard to charge the battery. Replace battery and save yourself battery problems in the future.

The power supply (the inline module built into the power cable, which may be two pieces, is probably bad. That is the most common problem. Contact a dealer to get a replacement (the model number is on the power supply module) or get a universal one, set the amps the same and select the correct adapter. It will come with several so it will fit the power receptacle in your notebook.

If you plug the UPS into the wall it should automatically charge up the internal battery.

I would suggest you to visit a Mobile Repairing shop and get it unlocked. This is the easiest and fastest, and as you know there are many mobile repairing shops everywhere in India. There might be several tips and tricks, but you should at least know the security code (if you know that, you might have unlocked it). They will charge you a small fee for the service between Rs.50 to Rs.200 (varies from shop to shop).

This may be similar to another solution posted. Try heavy duty batteries - I used ACDelco Super Alkaline, but any brand of "heavy duty" AA should work. Make sure battereis are not cold; low temp causes any battery to lose power. If fresh heavy duty batteries do not help, it may need professional service. (DO NOT try to force the lens back to retracted position - something WILL break.)

Hello Sir, If the battery is showing low battery then you should charge it with its corresponding Charger. I think you are willing to tell that the Phone is showing low battery even after charging. If that is the case then there can be 2 causes :--- (1) The Phone's battery is not properly plugged in and thus can't properly retain the Charge which is supplied. In this case, try cleaning the Battery Contact, I mean the 3 Power pins and the 3 power slots. Use something like dry cloth. (2) The Battery is damped or defective. If damp then don't try to charge, it can sometimes explode. Kindly take it to a Service Center and get it repaired.
Also try changing the Battery.

Found out it was a low battery. We had charged it for several hours, but it was apparently low. It is supposed to show the low battery symbol, but it never did. We put it new AA batteries instead of the power pack and it worked just fine. Thanks
