My phone is not going from the nokia startup screen

Hi,
Just follow the steps
Make a backup of contacts in your another sim.
Switch-off your phone.
1. Press and hold theree keys at a time;
You will use three finger for pres three keys .dial switch 3 key(from key pad) star( *) and pres the on switch.

Green dial key,
* Star key,
No. 3 key
Then Power on/off to swtich on the phone.
All switch will be pressed at a time.

.Soon an formateing text, will appear ,then stop pressing those switch, remember. 2. After a few minutes when the Full

phone formatting completed, your phone will back to original system and factory settting.
