Question about Nokia 7370 Cellular Phone
I have been getting the white screen of death on my Nokia 7370 on occasion, which started happening immediately after it took a tumble. It goes through the Nokia startup screen and then goes white either immediately or after a few minutes. Does some strange things, re-recieving messages.
I have just discovered this seems to be linked to a full phone memory. The strategy to get around it is to remove the sim card so that the phone no longer downloads messages, startup and connect via usb to the computer. Using PC suite, clean out the contents of the phone.
This may not be the same problem as others have had but hope it's of use to someone.

i never dropped my phone but it was open while it was charging and the screen image became distorted or it was just a white screen. I can still send and recieve calls but i am not able to view menu options. Is the screen broken or is the phone beyond repair?
I have never dropped my phone, but the screen is white with a big black line at the top. I can still make calls and stuff, but even when the phone is turned off the big black line is still there...
