I already installed sony pc suite 1.60..and i want to do all such things like backups data and update sercvice and also other things..but i don't know how to use it

To reinstall the device software you can do so using the Software Update feature from Nokia Suite. Refer to the link below:

1.Make sure you have the latest version of Nokia Suite installed and running on your PC
2.Connect the device to your PC using the USB data cable
3.Open Nokia Suite and select from the menu Tools > Software update
4.On the Software Updates page, under your device click the reinstall link to start the wizard that will guide you through the re installation of your device software
Before installing a software update or reinstalling your current device software it's a good idea to perform a backup of your data:

1.Connect your device to Nokia Suite
2.From the menu select Tools > Backup
3.Follow the wizard to create the backup.
To restore the data from a backup go into Nokia Suite, Select Tools > Restore and follow the wizard to restore your data.

You must download PC suite first in order to read sms of your W810i on our computer.Things that you require are:

• Data cable.
• Phone monitor :It is the PC suite for Sony Ericsson W810i that will allow you to do task like reading SMS on your phone managing them,contacts and data etc.

Installation instructions:

• Download the file to a temporary folder on your PC.
• It is recommended to uninstall any previously installed version of Sony Ericsson PC Suite
• Execute the downloaded file.
• If updating to a newer version of the Sony Ericsson PC Suite, a restart of the PC may be required after the new installation is completed.

How to use:

• Connect the mobile phone to your PC using an applicable connection: Cable, Infrared or Bluetooth connection.

I have a sony ericsson z520a and love it. The software I use for backing up all of my info is free and it's called MyPhoneExplorer. Google it. I had several problems with the sony ericsson suite that is supposed to allow me to do the same thing. It kept crashing and I had serious problems updating the phone's drivers. I hope this helps.

for this you would need a few things handy before you start off. first move all your data like pictures and songs from the phone memory to the memory card. now you would need to have nokia pc suite installed on your pc and you would need a data cable compatible with your phone. keep your phone in general profile and make sure the battery is full. connect the phone to the computer. the computer would recognise and install the usb drivers for the phone. now open nokia pc suite and configure the phone. next click on backup phone data on the nokia pc suite main screen. now it would backup all your data from the phone like contacts, sms, settings etc onto your computer. next click on software update. the suite would search for the software (note: you need to be connected to the internet) and would turn up with the software for your phone. now the installation would proceed. once it is done, again click on backup and restore the data from pc to phone. the reformat is done!

after this i would advice you to be careful while you recieve data over bluetooth or data cable. accept data only from reliable sources.

i think the software of your phone has got corrupted due to some virus. it would be best to reinstall the softwareon your phone.
