My set comes on for 15 mins and then shuts down.
Obviously, first check for AC pwr at the outlet, plus check the power cord connection at the set itself. If you have an AC voltmeter, use it to confirm that power is actually getting to the set.
Have you tried both power buttons on the remote AND on the set itself?
If all is well in these checks, then the set likely has an internal problem- perhaps just a fuse, but usually fuse failure is caused by other circuitry failure. If the latter is the case, then services of a tech-savvy are necessary- costs probably $100 plus.

Try a different outlet. Or, if it is plugged into a surge strip, plug directly into wall.

I have a 32 inch protron TV, Playing fing last night, turn it off, today it will not do anything.
we bought a new adapter but about 1 month later it went out. the tv is blinking a yellow light and the adapter lights up blue sometimes and then goes off. if i unplug it the adapter light comes on for a while but the tv is still blinking yellow. thanks Gail
