Its five digit code, company standard code is 12345. if u hv changed it then try formatting it, but before formatting it try saving ur phone book, then press green key,no3 and star key 2gather and press on/off.key and try it again if it don't format it. reply me with results

My brother had put an lock code on my 6630 mobile, but now he has forgot the password. i want to format my mobile, i tried it by *#7370# code, but it asked the lock code and i don't know the code, can any body please help me regarding my problem.

Reset code

Normal Reset (*#7780#) : Restores ini files from rom but preserves user data (photos, 3rd party apps etc)
Deep Reset (*#7370#) : This reformats completely the C: drive. All applications and files stored on this drive will be lost and clean default files will be rewritten.
In both case, the phone will ask you a confirmation and you will have to enter a security code (12345 by default).

try to reformat that mobile with connecting to pc with usb right click on your mobile drive there will be a option of format select that option (note all data will be deleted )
