I have an Intertherm Model # P3RA-036K single package air conditioning unit. Both the air conditioning and heating modes do not work. In addition, the fan (blower) does not work in either the AC or Heat mode. I can manually push in the relay and the AC pump will work. Greatly appreciate your professional imput.

my only guess would be to contact Intertherm directly and explain your situation. if that dont work, i guess your just gunna have to bite the bullet and pay for the repairs. tough situation it sounds like.
if the fan outside is turning on and inside fan is blowing too, then you have a compressor problem. could be a capacitor gone bad (or needing a hard start kit) to the entire compressor failure
This is a 10 Seer electric heat package unit. There are few possibilities. Does the blower come on when you put the t-stat on Fan on? If it does, then it is probably the blower time delay relay which is nordyne part# 622181. If the blower doesn't come on at all, check that the blower is getting power and if it is, then the blower motor is bad but could possibly be the capacitor as well. Both should be checked.
The tonnage is usually found on the name plate on the condensing unit outside. 12000 btu = 1 ton, 24000 = 2 ton and so forth. In your case the unit is 36000 btu, therefore a 3 ton.
