The software is made by IGO Nav. www.igomyway.com Most likely the Curtis is NOT up-datable. If they can not help you I suggest throwing the Curtis device in the Garbage can and getting a Garmin or Tomtom GPS from GPS City.

plug the cable in , then google the driver setup for you type of gps and then , you can update it
