My phone is requesting a puk code i dont have it does any one know how to get this im on 02...when i go on to the 02 website it say we cant provide a 02 puk code for your phone some one please help i need my phone its a work phone and i dont want to tell the boss that ive blocked it!!!

There is no other way to get PUK Code. PUK code can be provided by your telecom service provider. Call them do proper authentication and you will have your PUK code.
OR
Change the ownership to your name and than request for PUK Code.
Or else you can search for PUK Code generators. There are lot of generators available out there, you need to check which one will work for you.

PUK stands for Personal Unblocking Key. This is a uniqueeight-digit code specific to your SIM card. This is required when the PINnumber to unlock your mobile phone is entered incorrectly 3 times. You are thengiven 10 attempts to enter your PUK code. If an incorrect PUK code is enteredafter the 10th attempt, you will block your SIM card permanently and willrequire a new SIM card from your mobile phone provider.

You need to contact your cell phone service provider and they can give you your PUK code once you provide details of your account and they have verified your identity.

Do not enter any code into your phone. The PUK code is a code that your service provider has and not one that you would know or have in your manual. If your an AT&T customer they do provide PUK on their website. If you have entered in a code and the phone is now saying PUK blocked you'll have to go to store to purchase a new SIM card, you may want to call your service provider as well, they may be able to give you a credit for the new card. The PUK code is a result of entering the wrong sim pin to many times.
Just call your provider or log on their website and they will give you a PUK Code.
It's a security measure, and a pain in the neck.
I know AT&T has a PUK request on their website.

There is a default sim pin code ask them for that also when you talk them

Hi your only option is to call your phone service provider, I've explained more on this page

You need to call your network provider and they should tell you what the PUK code is or reset your phone. it is free. its happened to me before and cause im with 02 you can just go on the website and get your puk. best thing to do is call your network though.
