When I plug the headset into the charger it blinks red and blue and won't hold a charge. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Usually this means there may be too many Bluetooth devices in range to connect to and cannot connect so the blue and red flashing lights indicate an error. A second possibility is that the device is broken. This might sound strange but sometimes several sharp firm raps to the side with the charger port and lights along with a few power cycles often snaps it out of error and back into operation. Good luck.

Your built-in rechargeable batteries are perhaps defective and do not hold charge.

Do an Hard reset. Plug charger into the headset, press and hold power button and plug the charger into AC, light indicator will change after a while from red to green/blue.

I fixed this problem by connect it on the charger,hold +and - keys together for 10 seconds,it started to charge and work well.

Hi, Ephraim. The flashing red light indicates that the device is showing "low battery". It could be that the LG phone charger fits the charging port on your bluetooth headset but it is not compatible with your device. In order for you to know that it is charging, the device should show a steady red light(means charging).

I have seen on some Plantronics Bluetooth headsets that you can perform a system reset by doing the following, It might help but not sure.

Instructions:
While plugging in the AC charger, hold the power/pair button. The headphones will show a solid red or blue light when they have been successfully reset.

Don't know how helpful this is but if you are using the Altec Lansing backbeat 903, I had a similar problem. I couldn't get the headset to power on or charge(no blue or red lights that blink or stay on), so what I had to do was a reset on the bluetooth/headset. You simply press and hold the power button, then while holding the power button plug in the charger. Of course the chager was plugged into the wall.

how can i fix my mics scratchy noises?

i turned it back intno the store got a refund and went to a different headset. sorry to bother you but i think it had to do with the battery in the headset
