You might have to check the adapter for charging voltage , if faulty you will need to check the wires, the adapter, if faulty replace.

If the adapter is fine and giving the right voltage then the battery within the unit is fault. you will need to open and check to confirm and replace.

My HBS-900 headsets have a blinking red and blue light that blinks when it's on and off, it won't pair with anything, and when I put it on charge it blinks red and blue

Usually this means there may be too many Bluetooth devices in range to connect to and cannot connect so the blue and red flashing lights indicate an error. A second possibility is that the device is broken. This might sound strange but sometimes several sharp firm raps to the side with the charger port and lights along with a few power cycles often snaps it out of error and back into operation. Good luck.

Will not turn on unless plugged up to charger

Your built-in rechargeable batteries are perhaps defective and do not hold charge.
Hope yours is not a clone.

Scalarider q1 is not charging, when i plug it into the wall it will blink in blue led every half a second or second,it should blink red and when i unplug it it will be like there is no battery at all?

It sounds like there may be an issue with the charging mechanism of your Cardo ScalaRider Bluetooth headset. The blue blinking light you're seeing indicates that the device is powered on, but it should blink red when charging. This could be caused by a problem with the charging port or the battery itself.
One possible solution is to try a different charging cable and wall adapter to see if that resolves the issue. If that doesn't work, it may be worth trying to reset the device by holding down the power button for 10 seconds while it's connected to the charger. If that doesn't work, the battery or charging port may be damaged and in need of replacement.
If none of the above solutions work, please reach out to the manufacturer for further assistance. They may be able to provide a warranty or repair service for your device.

Red blinking light

Hi, Ephraim. The flashing red light indicates that the device is showing "low battery". It could be that the LG phone charger fits the charging port on your bluetooth headset but it is not compatible with your device. In order for you to know that it is charging, the device should show a steady red light(means charging).
Please take a look at the table reference below.

Note: After 20 minutes on a call or of inactivity, the light stops flashing to conserve power, but the headset remains on

My plantronics voyager pro will not charge turn on or anything. do you know the peoblem?

I have seen on some Plantronics Bluetooth headsets that you can perform a system reset by doing the following, It might help but not sure.

Instructions:
While plugging in the AC charger, hold the power/pair button. The headphones will show a solid red or blue light when they have been successfully reset.

Good luck from Headsets Direct!

Will not power on. When plugged in, I can get a blue or red light, but no power indicator when not plugged into the charger

Don't know how helpful this is but if you are using the Altec Lansing backbeat 903, I had a similar problem. I couldn't get the headset to power on or charge(no blue or red lights that blink or stay on), so what I had to do was a reset on the bluetooth/headset. You simply press and hold the power button, then while holding the power button plug in the charger. Of course the chager was plugged into the wall.
