How do I set up a video as a favorite - YouTube Videos

Liked videos are videos that you've rated as "liked" and are complied in the "Liked" section of your "My Videos" page. They are not videos that you've favorited, just videos that you so happened to like. You can't delete them now; you only have the option to transfer them to your "Favorites", "Queue", and playlists.

RSS feeds are live bookmarks, which Web browser use to allow you to play back video from video sharing websites such as YouTube, Google, and Video.
Whenever you click an RSS feed, it links you to the original video. While web browsers allow you to add a number of RSS feeds, you can also remove the ones that you no longer want to so as to help you organize your live bookmarks.

Launch Internet Explorer and click the Favorites button located on the top of your browser. Right click the gray toolbar if you do not see the Favorites button.
Click the Favorites Bar option.
You should see the Favorites button.
Click it.
Click the Feeds tab.
You should see a list of the RSS feeds downloaded on your browser.
Right click the feed you want to remove and click Delete.
Repeat this same process to delete additional RSS feeds. Close Favorites when you finish.

Go to your own channel, then go to the "Videos and Playlist" tab.
Once you're there, click on the "Featured video" then hit "other" it's at the bottom of the list.
Click on "other"
Copy & Paste the link of your favorite video there and that's it.

Systemdrive:\Documents and Settings\username\Favorites
SYSTEM DRIVE: THE DRIVE IN WHICH THE OPERATING SYSTEM IS INSTALLED (NORMALLY ITS C)
USERNAME: the name of the user account whose favorites you want to copy.

if your system drive is C and the uername name is SMB then the address would be:
C:\Documents and Settings\SMB\Favorites
