Tag Heuer ladies Link Watch - The seconds handle is moving 5 spaces at a time, takes a break and does it again... is been like that the whole day. I don't have a manual for my watch... what should I do?

You have to unscrew the crown once it is unscrewed can you pull it out once for the day and twice for your time. Be sure to screw the crown back in when you're finished or else you'll get moisture inside.
If the second is ticking as normally it is not the battery. If the battery is low the second hand will advance only at 5 second intervals meaning for four seconds the second does not move and on the 5th second it will advance by five seconds. This is a feature unique to Tag Heuer.

Sounds like your watch is in need of service. All watches need to be maintained and regular service is required. A watch is a tiny machine. So if you think about it a car needs regular maintenance to keep it running and so will any machine.
In a watch the oils dry out after about 3-5 years and they stop lubricating. Just like in a car when the oils stop lubricating the engine will stop, a watch will stop.
The reasons for this are 1) no lubrication means high friction on the moving parts. 2) the dried oils become gummy like glue and hold the gear train in place which keep the gears from moving.
The only answer is to have your watch serviced to get rid of the old lubrication, clean and replace any worn parts, then reassemble and lubricate, and finally adjust the timing.
This is something only a watchmaker should do as the parts in your watch are very small and very fragile. Improper handling can permanently damage the parts.

The small seconds hand do not stop because it has nothing to do with chronometer. It is ordinary seconds counter and will move independent of chronometer.Click on my profile (escapement), then click on Tips and Tricks. There you will find link to Tag Heuer watch manuals. Check the instruction manual if you have one. Tag-Heuer watches move in 5 second intervals to let you know the battery needs replacing. A neat feature. Now you know that you have a real Tag!
