Recieving pictures on phone

your phone may not be set up for sending or receiving pics...or he disabled that feature for your phone

you have to have the internet enabled on you phone to recieve or send them contact att services and tell them you want to be able to send and recieve pictures hope this was helpful:)

get the settings from ur service provider. if that does not work try ressing the phone and applying the settings again. remove all the free ware installed on ur phone

Should have your companies settings and should have a red check if activated.

Make sure you are following all the steps, because picture message looks the same as text but has one extra menu for adding the image itself. try checking to see if there is a block on your picture messaging

well im not sure, but it might be that you're on a family plan and can't receive any multimedia messages from other phone companies tell me if this helped or not =)

No your cellphone has the option of recieving pic messages ...

Apparently you do that prior to sending the picture by going into the camera option, so MENU, CAMERA then TAKE A PHOTO and then press the left hand 'menu' button' under the left hand screen icon. The menu should appear under the heading of OPTIONS. scroll down to CAMERA SETTINGS. select

2. camera settings and then 1.phto settings and change the picure size to nothing larger than 320x240 and save. That should allow you to send via mms (assuming it's set up and the reciever can recieve photos). If you want better quality pics for the phone or PC then change the picture size to suit but the larger they are the less they'll send.
