Can I upload my photos from a JV100 fujifilm camera to a windows 98 computer?

Download photos from any camera is highly unrecommended because that quickly disharges the camera battery. Instead, turn camera off and then open battery door. See picture memory card at camera edge, push in and release to pop up. Then, draw card out of the slot taking care to avoid finger contact with contacts. Close battery door. No insert card into card reader on computer. (Most computers these days have built in reader. USB interface readers can be purchase at low cost.)
If the upload start up dialog does not auto star, then open Computer and double cick open it there. A menu will appear offering wholesalee import you can chose Review Folders in Explorer. Once opened, photos can be handled and stored ot computer like any other file. It is preferable to copy files as opposed to moving them, using camera itself to delete files. Now close Fuji folder and initiate safe removal. When approved, remove memory card and reinsert in camera. Question answered.

Can you see it under "My Computer"? If so, you can find the files there and copy or drag-n-drop them.

I suggest that you make sure that you have successfully copied the photos to your computer from the SD card and then use the camera's format feature to reformat the SD card for the camera.
There's really no reason that you need to keep all of your photos on the SD card all of the time. As long as you backup your pictures and other data on your computer regularly, they will remain safe.
I found that the directions to format the SD card appear on page 75 of the user manual for this camera (click here for manual).

Date and time stamp and only comes when you are shotting and your camera support this faction. When After shotting, the time stamp won't be removed from or add to your pictures by your camera. And it's sorry for that, this Fujifilm JV100 doesn't support this faction
