Hi Raymond....make sure the mute isn't on and internal speakers are enabled, if that checks out look at main board issues, a new board will correct your issue

Trash. I had the same one. There is a board that has gone bad that costs more to replace than buying a new tv. It is caused from moving the tv typically in house moves. I spent hours upon hours researching this. There is a way to get the code off there. Something to do with pushing certain buttons on remote or holding a certain button for so long. Anyway, the lights will blink a certain number of times indicating a code that points to the precise problem/problems. You can do a search on Google and the process is there to get the code. Then good luck finding a board. I only found 1 that may or may not have been the right one, the guy could not tell me for sure, but it was almost $400.

I got this number out of the service manual. 930B886001

I actually have the little brother to that tv. There is a lot of hype out there about the convergence board, however some times it is the high or the low voltage power supply, be sure that every connector on the thick red wires are tight, also be sure that every card is in tight, the cards are in tin boxes throughout the main bords, pull the cover off the top of the boxes and un plug and replug the boards.

 This set has a keyboard lock feature and it can be removed by pushing in the menu button on the front keyboard on the set for about10 seconds. This should take care of your problem.
