It should be able to do this. You would need to put each type speaker on a seperate side and then use either an elctronic crossover or an EQ set to pass only lows into the side for the subwoofer to block sending highs to the subs.
I agree with fredy2 as it will work BUT with four cabinets (and two of them being subs!) your system is grossly underpowered. Check out the great deals on Crown XLS amps happening right now. These are headed to "discontinued" land but are backed by Crowns 3-year warranty so no worries.
the amp is 900 watts per channel at 4 ahms, which would be the load with 4 speakers, assuming the speakers are 8 ophms apiece. that is plenty of power for what he has, a little more, actually. freddy is right for the most part. hook the mains up to i channel, and the subs to the other channel, ands get a passive crossover to send the lows to the sub channel and the highs to the mains channel.
Actually you don't need to hook it up with an active xover, since the PV2600 is equipped with an internal one that sends only low frequency to low's and low cut for up's
