No longer made (1990s), no longer supported. Looks like a 'Sold on TV' special and the sellers ran. It looks pretty straight forward though. This link is an Etsy page with spares and you can read the parts list and what they are for.

Apparently manual included with item for sale on Ebay. You may wish to contact the vendor to see if they would sell you a copy of the manual separately which appears to be included.

To my knowledge Hamilton Beach does not make a Food Dehydrator. Please double-check the brand.
