Default PIN is 0000... be sure to turn on BT on your phone first, then power on your jabra... your phone should ask to pair to the jabra and then you enter the 0000

You would need to press and hold in the button there for 10 seconds. This will put it into discovery to be paired with your handset.
I know this can be a frustrating thing to accomplish I and hundreds others have done it and you can to.

hold the answer button and the power button in for 5 seconds until you get a solid light, then add device to your phone and follow thru with the pairing procedures as prompted on your screen
Go to this site, and it will walk you through each step to connect your
particular Jabra headset with your cellphone. Choose the headset, and
then at the next page, choose your phone. Moving your mouse over each
step will change the picture to what you should be seeing on your phone

Check that both devices are BT enabled and in pairing mode -ie, leds blinking-. If one of the device is not in pairing mode, it is normal that the process fails.
If you experience the same problem on other phones with your Jabra BCE-250 -same as mine-, you might think of getting it checked first.
I had the same problem-- i asked a verizon wireless guy and he said it's almost always four or six zero's so "0000" or "000000". Hope it works for you!
I have a LG VX8300 cell phone and it works fine with my Jabra BT8010. It also connects fine to my Dell XPS m1210 and my Motorola cel l as well. Hope this helps someone.
