you need to charge the head-set fully and then.... disconect it from power supply. hold down the call button until a continus light appears. and then flip out the speaker tusk.... then search for the device on your phone a couple of times.... if you dont find your headset then your phone is not compatible with the head-set....

If price is not an issue and you don't mind the outrageous shipping charge, Jabra sells a pack of 5 from their own website.

The pass code for pairing the headset is four zeros (0000).

Sending the entire procedure for pairing your Jabra to the cellphone:

1. Power the BT8010 headset off. To do this slide the on/off/pairing button to the off position. The display screen will be blank.
2. Slide and hold the on/off/pairing button forward until the display indicates “Pairing Mode”, then release. This may take up to 10 seconds.
3. Go into the Bluetooth menu on your cell phone and follow the cell phone’s instruction guide for pairing a Bluetooth headset. This generally involves going into a “devices” or “hands free” menu and adding a new device. Your phone may ask if you want to pair with the headset, accept by pressing “yes” or “OK” and confirm with the passkey or PIN 0000 (4 zeros).

Please accept the solution if it has helped.
