I use my juicer all the time, but I guess you can say it's because I'm a "health nut". I use it practically every day and have gone through several. Instead of buying new parts, it's much more beneficial to me to go online and buy a new one. check the voltage for the unit and if is as what you have then take it back for exchange or refund as it is not fit for the purpose and will be under warranty.
