you dont take pins out of mesh watch bands all you do is put a dart or small screwdriver in the slot to unclamp it slide the clasp were you wont it then lock it in one of the groovs, click link below for instructions please rate me if helped

you'll see the clasp as it look s when open. You need to hold the strap and clasp near one side of the 'join' while pulling the upper part of the strap away from the clasp on the other side.

It may have buttons on the sides of the clasp that you must press. If you do not see the buttons on the sides of band, it is a friction fitting, and you must pull on one or the other side of the "butterfly" clasp for it to release.

If you see a large outside clasp, there will sometimes be a fold over safety. This is called a tri-fold clasp. You must pull up the hinged clasp one direction, then the main clasp the other direction. A bi-fold clasp has no safety, and can be pulled one direction to open.

1. Remove the deployant clasp from the watchband. The clasp is attached using spring bars on each end of the clasp. The method of spring bar removal varies but is usually performed by pushing a small pointed tool (one end of a spring bar tool) into a hole at the end of the clasp. While depressing the spring rod, pull the buckle away from the bracelet to detach. Repeat this for both sides of the buckle.
   
2. Step 2 Measure the watchband to determine proper sizing. Use the scissors to cut along the inner grooves to remove needed sections (each section of the rubber will contain a new set of holes for the bracelet spring bars). Cut carefully and conservatively, as this step cannot be undone.
   
3. Step 3 Reattach the buckle to the band after resizing. Reverse Step 1, pushing the spring bar in while sliding the buckle back into place.

Not to sound generic but you can contact Anne Klein to see if they make a replacement available.
If they do not then I suggest contacting a reputable repair house or your local jewelry repair to see if they can fix it. You really shouldn't pay more than about $20 for the clasp.

Hi,
All watches have clasps to open/release the watch at the rear of the watch look for slight indention and with your thumb and 2nd finger nail pull towatds you and this will release the clasp and to remove you take the clasp out of its gate andwall your watch is released.

Is the clasp stuck? If you cant get the clasp to open then you may need to take it to a watch repair shop and see if they can help?
