My 2gb memory card is working in my phone but not in my p.c.

you can unlock your memory card.. Use a software phone for unloke memory card (eg. Nokia 5230,5233,5200,6120c etc)
Insert your 2gb card into a software phone. In the settings of the phone select> data manager> memory> format the memory card.
Its working try it.

If your phone only supports up to 2GB memory cards, then it will not recognize a 4GB memory card. You won't be able to use any memory card above 2GB at all.

Not all phone support high capacity microSD, check your phone spec and capability of handling microSD

this is a common problem for most of the phones you just insert the 1 gb card which was given to you with the phone

the only way is to backup it up through the card reader and format it in the device you are going to use it in future

the card shows sign of a rom ic being lost its firmware

try and reformat the 2gb card then reinstall it that should work...

May be ur memory card is not supporting.I was having same prob when i buy a new cell phone n they gave me 2GB card in the mobile.but the cell phone was showing plz inseart memory card.then I went to the shop n they sad no 2GB is not supporting n they tryed 1GB memory card n it was working.
