NOKIA 3110c support 3gp video format. if you download 3gp it will open. resolution is also make effect.

Nokia 3110c operates on symbian. you cannot repair the software or reinstall it youself. Its to be done by some engineer. so better to contact an engineer in your locality.

1st You can format your memory card for removing virus.

2nd format your mobile by using these code

*#7780# when you press these code then show restore factory setting do you agree? then press yes after that it may be want security code. then give your security code. You would be know the default security code for nokia is 12345. then it take restore factory setting.
Caution: For factory setting your all data will be erase without your game. but unfortunately it not become then the only way is reinstall your phone operating system by using flash box.

it was tested by me in nokia classic series ,3110c ,3500c ,5130c etc blinking or hang only in NOKIA logo or handshake...no need to go to nokia care or cellphone shop to spend money..just do this tricks...
long press the *, 3, send, and power on...try up to 5 times and see for the result....
