I purchased my slow cooker by reccomendation from my sister in law's sister who got two buffet pans and a thermal carrying bag with hers. When I opened my slow cooker there was no thermal bag. Should have I got one? And if not how do I aquire one?
Thanks.

Yor sister-in-law's sister may have gotten a bonus buy. The companies will sometimes offer utensils, or a carry bag to get you to buy theirs. You can contact the company that made the crockpot - many of them have bags available. You can also check Ebay or Amazon. You might also check Wal-Mart. I saw some there over Christmas.

SLOW COOKER ELECTRONIC PANEL WON'T TURN ON WHEN PLUGGED IN

They don't have fuses they have thermal cutoffs. It would be located at the heater. You'll just have to try to take it apart to find it. Purchase a cutoff from any electronics supply shop in your area.

Used cooker once tried it again and will not heat up tried on all different settings and still will not heat up at all. All the the lighrs work just will not heat up.

There is a thermal cutoff inside all appliances that make heat. Locate it and replace. You can purchase an after market part like that from any electronics supply.

Russel Hobbs RHNPC800P Slow cooker keeps blowing the thermal fuse. What would cause this???

two things, the thermostat allows the cooker to get too hot or the thermal fuse rated temperature is too low. Try get a thermal fuse with about a 10 deg higher rating.

Need replacement thermal overload protector

Check the Radio Shack website. Match the temperature rating of the thermal fuse.

These can't be soldered in -- the heat will blow them -- they are best crimped in.
