The reason she can call out and the person she is calling can hear her is because the mouth piece is working perfectly.

The reason she can't receive a call or hear the person she is calling is simply because the speaker of the phone is faulty.

1. remove the battery cover, the battery and the sim,
2. Use the screwdriver or tweezers to gently pry off the RF grommet located on the antenna cap,
3. then you can split the phone open carefully and try to locate the speaker
4. by lifting up the panel below the speaker,
5. carefully disconnect the speaker from the board,
6. and replace it with a new one,
7. reverse the whole procedure for reassembly

Firstly you would have to scroll your phone to settings,then Tones,then you would check the volume if it is low.If it is then you just need to adjust the volume so you can hear properly.
If the volume is ok and its not still working then the problem is from the earpiece and mouthpiece.All you need to do is to open your phone with a phone screwdriver and check if the mouthpiece and earpiece has not shifted from its original position.
After that and it still doesn't work then you would need to replace both the earpiece and the mouthpiece of your phone.
