Space problems I have a Delstar DS 917 and I am very disappointed with the player. When I try to sync music onto the player it only says that there is only 17 mb on the 1 GB player and I dont have anything (pic's, music, or video) on it. It must something else that is taking up so much space but I dont know what. Please help!

ok....to delete all the songs off you hook the mp3 player up to your computer and select files on windows music player. go to your mp3 player and then you can delete all the songs off.

I had the same problem. after ripping the file you have to open the file then press the sync button.

If you mean to put music to the player, plug it in onto the another available computer to see if it works. Or format the player. If you still having problems, you can upgrade the firmware of this product.
