Fill the oil tank at the front of the saw with a non fling chain oil, or as thick an oil as you can get, fill the fuel tank with a 25-1 fuel oil mix, use a good, well known brand of two stroke oil designed to be used in chainsaws.
Use a quality 2-cycle air-cooled engine oil. Poulan recommends a good quality 2-cycle air-cooled oil designed to be mixed at a ratio of 40:1 (A 40:1 ratio is obtained by mixing 3.2 onces of oil with 1 gallon of unleaded gasoline).
