Microsoft outlook is one of the fantastic mail services for sending and receiving emails. When you are using outlook, you may get the following errors like,

Step 1: Restart the outlook:
1. Close the outlook and open the outlook in safe mode.
2. In start menu type outlook.exe /safe then press enter or ok.
3.Close the safe outlook and open it normally.

Step 2: If you do anything in outlook, is sometimes ask confirmation dialog box. if you forget to close this, the outlook will not allow you to do anything.

Step 3: Update the outlook latest software.

Step 4: you can also resolve the issue by using automation process.
1. Open the control panel -> "Add or Remove programs" Or "programs and features"
2. In this list, right click your Microsoft version and click Repair.

First of u should know about he limit of attachment, if its ur orgazniation email account then u should ask for the attachement sending policy most organizations r allowing only 5 mb attachment to send, if you r using gmail with outlook then gmail will allow u to send up to 20 mb attachment. before u cancel the message from the outbox u need to cancle the send/recive once that cancled u will be able to easily delete the message from outbox.if you r not able to open outlook u need to close ur outlook from taskmanager , open the process tab and close the outlook.exe session. or you can restart your computer and open ur outlook. u can open ur outlook safe mode to delete that sending file.

Try Tools - Account Settings - View - click on change where is your account and try to activate chached mode.

First of all be sure that you have all service packs installed.

This is kind of ugly, but should work. Make note of all the feeds you have that you want to keep.

In the Navigation Pane, open the RSS Feeds folder and delete a feed. Then press F9 to Send/Receive and see if you get the error. If not, add back in the feed if you want to keep it, and delete the next feed in the folder.

Repeat until you find which feed is bad.

1. Go the File menu, then choose Work Offline in order to stop Outlook from trying to send all mails:
2. Switch to the Outbox.
3. You now have two options:
a. Move the message: you can drag-and-drop or use the Edit: Move to Folder menu item to move the e-mail to your drafts folder. This will allow you to re-open the offending e-mail and slim it down by removing the large attachments before attempting to resend it.

b. Delete the message: this will immediately remove the message from the Outbox and put it in Deleted Items.

If you receive an error at this point that says the message is being transmitted, close Outlook, wait for Outlook to exit (you may need to use Task Manager and wait for the Outlook.exe process to exit), and then start Outlook again and repeat steps 2-3. In some cases, the item may not be released until Outlook has restarted.
5. Go to the File menu, deselect Work Offline to start sending and receiving mail again.

Close outlook and search for *.SRS files once you find the files delete it open Outlook

srs files are for sending and recieving mails in Outlook
